Hey guys, this is not a standard american rock band, are Devo!

From Akron, Ohio formed in 1973, the name comes from the concept of "de-volution" -the idea that instead of continuing to evolve, mankind has actually begun to regress, as evidenced by the dysfunction and herd mentality of American society-(from Wikipedia)- in 1977 release their first singles, "i can't get me no satisfaction" and "mongoloid" from their Booji Boy Records label and with the recommendations from David Bowie and Iggy Pop in 1978 release their first album "Q:Are we not men?A:we are Devo!" produced by Brian Eno.
