Please note to send the graphic file correctly:

do not include the outline and hole of the template in your graphic
optionally leave the template on a separate layer
300 dpi, rgb or cmyk resolution is better
for cork slipmats, if you want to print white the white below your image please indicate it
for cork slipmats, if you want to print a white logo or text you must send us a black image (in grey scale) and informe us: all black images will be printed in white color.
